קורסים וסדנאות יערכו באופן כללי בגילה, ירושלים, למרות שמדי-פעם הם עשויים להיערך במיקומים אחרים. בעוד אני משתדלת לפרסם את כל התאריכים הקרוסים באתר וכאירועים בפייסבוק, אני לרוב אתחיל קורס ברגע שיש מספיק ביקוש עבורו. לדוגמא, אם אני מפרסמת קורס ערב אבל כל מי שפנה מעוניין ללמוד בבוקר, אני אקבע זמן אלטרנטיבי, לכן צרו איתי קשר באימייל או בווטסאפ עבור התאריכים והזמנים העדכניים ביותר. אם תרצו לארגן קבוצה או לארח סדנא, צרו איתי קשר.
Workshops and Courses are generally held in Gilo, Jerusalem although occasionally they may be held in other locations. While I aim to publish all upcoming dates on the website and as facebook events, I generally start new courses as soon as there is enough demand. For example if I adverise an evening course but all who respond woud like to come in the morning, I will set up an alternative time. So be in touch with me via email or whatsapp for the latest dates and times. If you would like to form your own group or host a workshop, please be in touch.

If you are a complete beginner or learned to sew a long time ago and want a refresher, my beginners sewing course will give you the ideal foundation you need. Alternatively, you could also take private lessons which can be more tailored to your specific interests.

There is no need to bring your own sewing machine or equipment to the courses as I have everything you need. However if you would like to do so, that is fine. The exception to this is my workshop on overlockers where you will need to bring your own machine.
For the sewing courses you will need to bring your own fabric for the projects but I provide fabric and notions for practice work.

Most of my courses have a maximum of 8 people, with a few exceptions. Generally there will be between 5-8 people per course so that everyone gets individual attention.

We are only able to reserve your place on a course or workshop by payment in advance as we need to ensure a minimum number of participants before the course can go ahead.
If there are still open places on the start day of the course then you may pay on that day but your place will not be guarenteed.

You may pay by bank transfer as the easiest alternative. I can also accept cash but you will need to get that to me in advance in order to reserve your place. Unfortunately due to bad experiences in the past, I am not accepting cheques.

At the moment I am not able to accept payments in installments but I’m working on it, so be in touch to check if this has changed.
I completely understand that sometimes things come up and I will try my best to accomodate you. First of all, the earlier you inform me before the course starts, the more flexible I can be. Please refer to our refund policy for full details. If you inform me upto 3 weeks before a course or workshop starts, you will be offered a full refund or the option of joining another course at a later date. If I am informed after 3 weeks but 7 days before the start of the course or workshop, I will offer you a place on an upcoming course if there is one available or the option of a 50% refund. If you inform me 7 days and up to the start day of the course, no refund will be given. I will however try to find you a place on an upcoming course, providing there are places available.
Alternatively, you may search for someone to take your place and make finacial arrangements between yourselves privately, providing that they are aware of the terms and conditions and refund policy and that you inform me with their contact details.

אם תודיעו לי עד ל-3 שבועות לפני תחילת הקורס או הסדנא, יוצע לכם החזר מלא או האפשרות להצטרף לקורס אחר במועד מאוחר יותר. אם תודיעו לי בין-3 שבועות ל-7 ימים לפני תחילת הסדנא או הקורס, אני אוכל להציע לכם מקום בקורס קרוב, אם יש מקום באחד, או החזר של 50% מהסכום ששולם. אם תודיעו לי 7 ימים או פחות מתחילת הקורס, לא ינתן החזר, אבל אני בכל-זאת אנסה למצוא מקום עבורכם בקורס קרוב, במידה וישנם מקומות פנויים.
לחלופין, תוכלו לחפש מישהו שייקח את מקומכם בקורס, ותארגנו עסקה ביניכם באופן פרטי, וזה כל עוד הצד השלישי מודע לתנאים ומדיניות ההחזרים ושתעבירו לי את פרטי הקשר שלהם.
Yes. If there is a parallel course running at the same time, you may come to the lesson you missed in that course. If there is no course running, I offer a private 1 hour lesson for you to catch up. This will be limited to one private lesson per student per course.
Catch-up lessons are not offered for workshops

Our courses are generally geared towards adults but anyone over 14 can attend. Children may be accepted with an accompanying, non-paying adult who can take responsibility for their learning. Children age 8 and upwards are most welcome to come for private lessons, and do not have to be unaccompanied.
